2. Our Products

All jewellery sold by Polly Gasston Goldsmith is handmade in 22ct gold. Because each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in appearance are inherent to the making process and are part of the character of the work — they are not defects.

Product images on the website are as accurate as possible, but colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. If you have any questions about a specific piece before purchasing, please do not hesitate to contact us.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; your order is only accepted when we confirm it by email. We reserve the right to decline any order.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and internationally. Delivery times are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, particularly for international orders which may be subject to customs delays.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged after delivery. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will consider returns on a case-by-case basis. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged.

Bespoke and commissioned pieces are made specifically to your requirements and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.

Refunds, where approved, will be made to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for use on any product available through the website. Any unused balance remains on the gift card code for future purchases.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift card codes. Please treat your gift card code as you would cash.

7. Bespoke Commissions

Bespoke commissions are subject to a separate agreement between you and Polly Gasston Goldsmith. A deposit will typically be required before work commences. The full terms of any commission will be agreed in writing before we begin.

All bespoke work is unique and cannot be reproduced identically. Polly Gasston Goldsmith retains the right to photograph completed commissions for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photography, design, text, and jewellery designs — is the intellectual property of Polly Gasston Goldsmith. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polly Gasston Goldsmith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
